Feminist Participatory Action Research: พัฒนาสิทธิในการเข้าถึงทรัพยากรฯ ของผู้หญิงชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง

ในวันที่ 3 กุมภาพันธ์ 2023 ทีมงาน Sangsan ได้ออกเดินทางไปที่หมู่บ้านทิยาเพอ อำเภอสบเมย จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน เพื่อดำเนินการฝึกอบรมเสริมความเข้มแข็งสำหรับนักวิจัยสตรีและเยาวชนชนพื้นเมืองเกี่ยวกับการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมโดยใช้แนวคิดแบบสตรีนิยม เรื่องการพัฒนาสิทธิบนฐานทรัพยากรของชาติ โดยและเพื่อผู้หญิงชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง ซึ่งได้จัดขึ้นที่ชุมชนชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง บ้านทิยาเพอ ในวันที่ 4-5 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 ที่ผ่านมา จากผลการดำเนินกิจกรรมซึ่งมีผู้หญิงและเยาวชนพื้นเมืองจำนวน 22 คนเข้าร่วมในการฝึกอบรมครั้งนี้ จนบรรลุผลสำเร็จ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการที่ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับสิทธิมนุษยชน/สิทธิในทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและความยุติธรรมทางเพศ ซึ่งสร้างความเข้าใจ การตระหนักรู้และกำหนดทิศทางด้านสิทธิในทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและความเป็นธรรมด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม นอกจากนี้ผู้เข้าร่วมทั้ง 22 ได้รับการเสริมศักยภาพให้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในโปรแกรม: Feminist Participatory Action Research ในฐานะนักวิจัยสตรีและเยาวชน เพื่อพัฒนาสิทธิในทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ นี่จะเป็นไปไม่ได้หากผู้เข้าร่วม ไม่เรียนรู้ทั้งในเชิงทฤษฎี FPAR และเครื่องมือต่างๆ เช่น หลักการ FPAR ทฤษฎีสตรีนิยม และเครื่องมือต่างๆ เช่น แผนที่ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมและการสนทนากลุ่ม เป็นต้น ประเด็นสุดท้าย คือ ผู้เข้าร่วมทุกคนได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการเป็นผู้นำสตรีนิยมพื้นเมืองและวิธีการพัฒนาสุขภาวะแบบชุมชน องค์กร Sangsan Anakot Yawachon สามารถทำงานของเราให้ก้าวหน้าในด้านการส่งเสริมสิทธิมนุษยชน ความยุติธรรมทางเพศ และความยุติธรรมด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมโดยและเพื่อชนพื้นเมือง/ชนกลุ่มน้อยทางชาติพันธุ์ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งโดยและเพื่อผู้หญิง เยาวชน และ LGBTIQAN+ เนื่องจากเราได้รับการมีส่วนร่วมอย่างเต็มที่จากชุมชนพื้นเมือง บ้านทิยาเพอ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งผู้นำผู้หญิงและผู้นำเยาวชน และที่สำคัญที่สุดที่องค์กรของเราได้รับการสนับสนุนอย่างเต็มที่จาก Foundation for a Just Society - FJS ในนามของ Sangsan เราขอขอบคุณ FJS สำหรับการสนับสนุนที่ยอดเยี่ยมเสมอมา และขอขอบคุณผู้เข้าร่วม: ผู้หญิงชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง และเยาวชน ชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองในกิจกรรมนี้ทุกๆคนค่ะ On the 3rd of February 2023 Sangsan team went to Thi-Yapue in order to conducted the Capacity training for Indigenous women and youth researcher regards the Feminist Participatory Action Research on advancing right to national resources by and for indigenous women and , held at the Thi Yapue community, on the 4-5 February 2023 Due to the results of activity which included 22 indigenous women and youth who participation in this training, achieved were as follows: They were learned about Human right/Right to natural resources and gender justice which help them to understand , realization and define their situation on right to natural resources and environmental justice In addition, they were empowered 22 participants of the Feminist Participatory Action Research as a women and youth researcher in order to advancing right to natural resources which is impossible if they do not learned and embodied the FPAR theory and tools such as FPAR principles, feminist theory and tools for example: Participatory community map and focus group etc. Last but not least all participants were learned about what’s indigenous feminist leadership and wellbeing look like and how to develop it collectively. Sangsan be able to achieved our work regards advancing human right, gender justice and environmental justice by and for indigenous/ethnic minorities especially by and for women, youth and LGBTIQAN+ because we get fully engagement and active participation from our indigenous community/Thi Yapue, especially women and youth leaders and the most importantly that we have acknowledged and recognized is the full support from Foundation for a Just Society - FJS.
