การส่งเสริมการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสิทธิทางดิจิทัลสำหรับเด็กและเยาวชนชาติชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง โรงเรียนบ้านแม่เกาะวิทยา

เมื่อวันที่ 15 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ที่ผ่านมา มูลนิธิสร้างสรรค์อนาคตเยาวชน (Sangsan Anakot Yawachon Foundation) ร่วมกับโรงเรียนบ้านแม่เกาะวิทยา อำเภอสบเมย จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน โดยการสนับสนุนจาก Foundation for a Just Society ได้ดำเนินการจัด "โครงการส่งเสริมการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสิทธิทางดิจิทัลสำหรับเด็กและเยาวชนชาติชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง" ให้แก่นักเรียนชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง ระดับประถมศึกษาของโรงเรียนบ้านแม่เกาะวิทยา จำนวนกว่า 50 คน

โดยโครงการฯนี้ มีเป้าหมายเพื่อเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้ ทักษะ และความตระหนักรู้ด้านการใช้สื่อและพื้นที่ดิจิทัลอย่างปลอดภัย สร้างสรรค์และมีความรับผิดชอบ

ทั้งนี้โครงการฯมุ่งพัฒนาศักยภาพเด็กและเยาวชน ชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองให้สามารถวิเคราะห์ แยกแยะ และบริโภคสื่อดิจิทัลได้อย่างมีวิจารณญาณ ตระหนักถึงสิทธิทางดิจิทัล รวมถึงความเสี่ยงและภัยคุกคามที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในโลกออนไลน์ ผ่านกระบวนการเรียนรู้อย่างมีส่วนร่วมที่เหมาะสมกับบริบทของเด็กวัยประถมศึกษา

ผลการดำเนินงานพบว่า โครงการฯประสบความสำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์ เด็กนักเรียนชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองกว่า 50 คน ที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมให้ความสนใจและมีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างการเรียนรู้ ทำให้เกิดความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะพื้นฐานด้านการรู้เท่าทันสื่อ สามารถใช้และบริโภคสื่อดิจิทัลได้อย่างปลอดภัยและเหมาะสม อีกทั้งเกิดการตระหนักรู้เกี่ยวกับสิทธิและความรับผิดชอบในการใช้พื้นที่ดิจิทัล ซึ่งเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญในการพัฒนาทักษะชีวิตและการป้องกันตนเองจากภัยในโลกออนไลน์

ทั้งนี้ มูลนิธิสร้างสรรค์อนาคตเยาวชน ขอขอบคุณคณะครูและนักเรียน โรงเรียนบ้านแม่เกาะวิทยา ที่ให้ความร่วมมือและสนับสนุนการดำเนินกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้เป็นอย่างดียิ่ง

On 15 December 2025, the Sangsan Anakot Yawachon Foundation, in collaboration with Ban Mae Koh Wittaya School, Sop Moei District, Mae Hong Son Province, and with support from the Foundation for a Just Society, organized the “Media Literacy and Digital Rights training for Indigenous Children and Youth.” The program was conducted for more than 50 indigenous primary school indigenous students of Ban Mae Koh Wittaya School.

The objective of the program was to enhance knowledge, skills, and awareness regarding the safe, creative, and responsible use of media and digital spaces.

The project aimed to develop the capacity of indigenous children while increasing their knowledge, skill and awareness of media literacy and digital rights. This was achieved through participatory learning processes appropriate to the context and developmental stage of primary school indigenous students.

The results of the program indicated that it successfully achieved its objectives. More than 50 indigenous students who participated in the activities showed strong interest and active engagement in the learning process. As a result, they gained knowledge, understanding, and basic media literacy skills, enabling them to use and consume digital media safely and appropriately. Additionally, the students developed awareness of their rights and responsibilities in digital spaces, which serves as an important foundation for life skills development and self-protection against online risks.
